   A Latin inspired dance workout.  Join the ZUMBA party and ditch the workout!

 

Yoga   Relax, stretch and strengthen the body with Hatha Yoga and other Western European blends of Yoga.  This class is designed for all levels of participants. Developing kinesthetic awareness, create a strong core fitness, build strength and endurance as well as work out the kinks and stresses from everyday life and exercise.

 

   Pilates  (or Pi Yo)      Relax, stretch and strengthen the body with Yoga and Pilates fused together.  This class is designed for all levels of participants creating a strong core fitness, build strength and endurance as well as work out the kinks and stresses from everyday life.

 

Power Pump    You will challenge every muscle in your body using bars and weights, fatiguing each muscle group . Different intensity levels are shown to help you get a sculpted and toned body.

 

    Total Body   Cardio  and muscle conditioning combined in one class.  We use weights or your body weight to sculpt your body and intervals of cardio conditioning to increase burning calories.

 

Cycle      This class is the indoor cycling workout where you ride of awesome music and cross the terrain with your inspiring coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Find the athlete in you – sweat and burn calories to reach your endorphin high.  All participant levels are welcome!

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement is the core class of the SilverSneakers Group Exercise Program.  A variety of support positions with a chair are introduced to increase strength and range of movement conditioning exercises.  Functional improvement is the focus of this creative multi-level conditioning class and includes a variety of basic choreography with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and the SilverSneakers ball.
